Visiting Regulations
The following regulations establish the visiting policies on the premises, and the resident agrees to abide by them at all times.
All visits must be notified to the condominium management at least 24 hours in advance. In exceptional cases, visits must be notified as soon as possible.
All visits, regardless of their nature (family, social, service, or healthcare personnel), must be recorded in the management logbook and a copy of their official identification must be left.
Objective: To have control over who enters the condominium to ensure security and avoid unexpected disturbances.
Unregistered individuals or visitors who have not been approved by the management will not be allowed access.
Objective: To maintain adequate control over who enters the condominium for security reasons.
Regular visits, which do not involve spending the night on the premises, may take place during business hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., although this information may be reviewed with the management regarding possible activities the tenant may have on a given date.
Visitors must wear visible identification (provided by management) while inside the facility and must be accompanied by the resident hosting them at all times.
Each resident may receive a maximum of five visitors at a time. Group visits must be pre-approved by management if they exceed the permitted number.
Visitors may use common areas (gardens, activity rooms, etc.) only if the resident hosting them is present and under their supervision.
Visitors will not be permitted overnight except in special cases approved by management (such as family visits for medical or emergency reasons).
The presence of visitors must not be disruptive to other residents and staff. Therefore, it is essential that quiet hours and spaces that may be used for communal activities be respected. Visitors must behave in accordance with the community's rules of conduct, respecting the peace and privacy of other residents. The use of noisy devices or behavior that could disrupt the harmony of the facility will not be permitted.
Overnight visitors must be notified at least one week in advance and must not exceed three people. The maximum length of stay for visitors is: 5 days for one person; 4 days for two people; and 3 days for three people.
Visits from family and friends are permitted. If the visitor is a service provider (such as a temporary caregiver or therapist), they must be notified to management prior to the visit and must follow the aforementioned registration protocol.
Visits with children under 15 years of age must be pre-approved by management, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
On special dates or holidays, visiting rules may be temporarily modified, but they must be communicated in advance to residents and the management team for optimal organization.
Objective: To adapt to special moments such as holidays or celebrations without losing control.
Residents will be responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests during their stay in the condominium. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action or termination of membership.
