Our residences are located in a natural setting, on the banks of the Ignacio Allende Reservoir. We offer a safe and comfortable space to maintain our residents' independence, just 2 miles from downtown San Miguel de Allende and minutes from medical facilities and services, such as convenience stores and various restaurants. Additionally, most food and delivery services reach our facilities without any problem. It's the ideal balance between country and suburban living.
The neighborhood where we are located, Villa de los Frailes, is one of the most popular and sought-after areas in the city. It has a restaurant, Flor de Jamaica, with live music on weekends; there's also a small grocery shop that offers fresh fruits and veggies, as well as a farmer's market on Saturdays.
