Pet regulations

• One pet, maximum 12 kg, is allowed per residence.

• Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

• Leashes are required.

• Mesa Verde is not responsible for the care of members' pets.

• Pets will not have access to the communal kitchen.

• Any damage will be the member's responsibility.

• Mesa Verde is not responsible for damage caused by pets to third parties, their belongings, or other pets.

• Pets may not be allowed on beds unless the member provides sheets and blankets.

• Pets may not use the dishes, kitchen utensils, or towels provided by Mesa Verde.

• A deposit of $3,000 MXN is required.

• Visitors are not allowed to bring in pets.
